Happy hump day everyone. I’m in my gym gear ready to head out the door. I like to do at least 30 mins on the tread before my bootcamp.
Well here I go!
Breaks my heart everytime i see a dead animal on the side of the road. Just past a big dog and look like it may of happened a few hours ago. I start thinking ” is his family looking for him”.
This just ruined my morning.
Watching “weight of the nation” on hbo. Wow this has definitely motivate me to stay on my path to a healthier lifestyle.

Kicking my fit up after a sweaty spin class.
Confession time I gain 2.5 lbs in the last 2 week but I’m not surprise the chicken nachos and blue moons didn’t help :p
Happy cinco de mayo I’m enjoy myself today but not going to crazy with the food.

You don’t have to get a job that makes others feel comfortable about what they perceive as your success. You don’t have to explain what you plan to do with your life. You don’t have to justify your education by demonstrating its financial rewards. You don’t have to maintain an impeccable credit score. Anyone who expects you to do any of those things has no sense of history or economics or science or the arts.
You have to pay your own electric bill. You have to be kind. You have to give it all you got. You have to find people who love you truly and love them back with the same truth.
But that’s all.
